We have a 10m x 5m x 3m, semi-downdraft spray painting booth with a curing room. This style of spray painting booth is associated with higher quality finish requirements because it’s pressurised and filtered. Jobs go through our booth three times for a prime (or barrier coat), a colour coat and a top coat. Because we paint in a controlled environment with a gun, booth spray painting lends itself to ease, speed and efficiency. Each coating takes roughly only 24 hours to complete, with a complete standard job turnaround time of just 7-10 days.

We can paint on pretty much anything. We do projects and contracts for a range of industries from Aviation and Marine to Military and Manufacturing. If a job fits in our 10m x 5m x 3m booth, then we have the expertise to paint it. For this reason, booth spray painting is both affordable and versatile.

Our workshop is equipped with the best machinery to get your job done in the most efficient and effective way possible. This includes forklift trucks, dispatch packaging facilities, undercover and external storage, and a 24-hour monitored security system to ensure your goods are safe while in our care. We also have vacuum extraction sanders on a radial arm, air and electric grinders, linishers, buffs, and multiple jigging options for preparing the material we’re spraying. We can even package your spray painted goods for transporting. Powder coating can only be applied to metal, whereas we can apply paint to anything.
